Ace Desert Parts Single Carb Air Filter

Have you got a Desert Sled or an off Road Machine?

if the answer is yes then you need this air filter!

We have designed this filter to be very universal, it will fit all sorts of bikes not only Triumphs

Sizes as follows:

• flange size to fit over carb 49mm
• Overall length from the main body to the end of the filter 21cm
• Width of air filter including round alloy cap 11cm
• Width of main body at the front part of filter 18cm

This air filter has been designed to fit single carb Triumph’s up to 1970, it will also fit the later oil in frame models but the carb will need machining thinner on the flange to give the clearance needed between the frame and the air filter body.

The main body is made from steel and is supplied with 2 threaded bosses and 2 bolts from these you will be able to make your own custom brackets to suit your machine.

On the end of the filter we supply an upright bracket and a frame clip. This works out perfectly on most Triumph models to make for an easy fit.

The air cleaner supplied is to withstand the dirt and keep your machine running as it should on rough terrain.

Comes powder coating in gloss black and ready to fit.

When fitting this air filter the side cover or tool box and battery will need to be removed. We can supply a Boyer power box so that you are able to do away with the battery completely, Click this link to view.
