Bates Style Chrome Headlamp

If you want to run lights on your desert sled this is the most period light to use.

This replica of the Bates 5- ¾” light, used in the mid 50’s to the late 60’s, this light is supplied with 12V H4 60/55W light unit just like the original bottom hole mount, and a blue dot high/low beam indicator on top of the shell.

Our “Bates” style head light bracket comes zinc plated or powder coated black, ready to fit!

This light is ideal if you need to run lights on your Custom Triumph. The bracket bolts on to the bottom yoke using your existing fork pinch bolts and sets the custom Bates style head light in between the forks.

Fits any Triumph Pre-Unit or Unit models.

Please note

The 1964 T120c has the larger 5- ¾” head light.

We do two sizes of this headlight.  We recommend the smaller 4 1/2″ headlamp for any bikes after 1966, with the faring lugs on the headstock of the frame.  This fits better on the later bikes as there is less clearance.
